Awww, too bad for fans. Miranda Lambert had hoped to be back performing by now after overextending her voice last week and being placed on vocal rest. It just wasn't to be, though, and a new message posted to her website reads:
Miranda Lambert’s physician is keeping her on vocal rest for another week, forcing the postponement of this weekend’s shows. The shows are being rescheduled for October 4, 5 and 6. “I’m so sorry to disappoint the fans that have already bought tickets to see me,” Miranda wrote in a statement. “I’m taking care of my voice and I can’t wait to get on the road again and bring you a hell of a show.”
Rescheduled dates are:
Orange Beach, AL – October 4
Atlanta, GA – October 5
Pelham, AL – October 6
Well at least Miranda was able to find time this year to reschedule and fans won't have to wait until 2013 to see the show.
